This has been a long time coming, and it is coming from my heart. I am caught somewhere in between writing a “note to self” and a “to whom it may concern“.
Being unable to blog for a couple of months (seems like years to me) have been one of the most uncomfortable feelings to me. Events have passed rapidly, sometimes too rapidly, thoughts have popped up in my mind, I was able to capture some on my notepad, while others fleeted away, I have gained some things and lost a few, and most importantly, I have experienced a bit more of life than I had the last time I posted here.
Life is full of ups and downs, but blessed are those who have friends who can accompany them through the lows and bring them through to the highs. I am one of such and from the bottom of my heart, I am grateful for such friends.
From Samuel John who helped me with my website issues, (which were quite much) to Timothy Oreoluwa, which is not his surname, but sounds just cool enough, who we’ve shared a couple of ideas, to Olaoluwa Ọjọ who did help a lot and more importantly brought his cute baby to the office and I was privileged to carry her. And she did smile at me and made me have “baby fever”.
Oluwaseun Abodunde who has been a great friend in recent years, my not too many friends who I am resisting the urge to list out right here and now, and Peace, who has been the kind of friend I need in times like this.
Greater things are ahead of us all, and I know we’ll witness them together.
From the bottom of my heart, I am grateful to you all.
