The benefits of having a routine are such that many creatives are yet to understand. Looking at creatives around me, we tend to be disorganized, yet do not understand the correlation between being organized and being creative.
In a bid to act fast, we leave behind messes that in the future hamper our creation process.
The “To-Don’t List” is exactly what you think it is. It is a list of everything you will not be doing. An exact opposite of the “To-Do List”.
This list can be inspired by a decision to change your habit, a desire for something better, or plain laziness and procrastination.
The problem with experience though? It often held us back. We remember things from our past, we see patterns playing out before us, and we have to react.
