With Valentine’s Day around the corner, we the Association Of Nigerian Boyfriends think it pertinent to address a serious issue.
We have been seeing lots of “His” and “Hers” gift packs. This is a great development.
As an organization that believes in balancing selflessness with mercifulness, we use this medium to pass a message to all our members.
Considering the number of single ladies in our society, we find it befitting in extending a hand of fellowship towards them.
It will not be right to shower many gifts on one person while their next-door neighbor receives nothing.
In this light, the Association of Nigerian Boyfriends has directed all members to only get one gift for their girlfriends.
We are doing this with your best interest at heart.
It is not as if we are trying to be selfish or cannot afford more. We just want what is best for you, and fair for others.
Our Research and Investigation Department has informed us that if we give you too many gifts, other ladies might see it and get interested in us. We want to remain faithful. We don’t want other ladies to come and tempt us. In our opinion, prevention is better than cure.
It is better we avoid drawing too much attention on ourselves, thereby putting our relationship with you in jeopardy.
We hope that you understand the dilemma we find ourselves in. Please understand that this choice was a difficult one, but we had to do it for you.
We love you and hope to have more lovely valentine’s celebrations with you.
Hopefully, the single ladies get their own boyfriends before then, so we can shower you with all the gifts we have in mind for you.
Once again, from all of us at the Association Of Nigerian Boyfriends, Happy Valentine’s Day to you and yours.
